First 4th of July! a little late :)

For the 4th we didn't plan much because Duncan had to cover a 24 hour cq shift at the last minute the day before so he came home at 9 in the morning and we let him sleep most the day. Later that evening we headed out to the Arford's where Aiden and Jager had a little playdate, they grilled for dinner and even had fireworks. They sell fireworks that leave the ground here! It was so cool to see huge fireworks going off over all the houses everywhere. We lit off a few little fireworks and sparklers for the babies then put them to bed and waited for it to get dark to do the rest.

Mcchord Airshow

Last weekend we went to an Airshow on Mcchord AFB and had such a fun day! We went with Antigone and her little guy Jager Arford. Jager was born on Halloween and is exactly two weeks older than Aiden. His daddy used to be in the 153rd with Duncan but just deployed with another unit a few days ago. Our little men are so cute together!!!

C-17 Globemaster. It's amazing what this thing can do for how big it is. It can carry just about anything that can fit in it and is really pretty quiet.

This weekend I finally got a cover made that works to protect Aiden's crib from his teeth.

The worst sunburn ever! 4 days later and I still hurt haha. Even Duncan got his face burnt. Aiden had sunscreen and his PC on and still got a little sunkissed on his nose.
